As an event/panelist at PortConMaine you will receive one free 4-day in person pass for the weekend! If you do not attend your event, or do not respond to emails checking in between now and the convention, your pass will be revoked and your event will be cancelled.
Only one pass will be given per event, regardless of the amount of panelists/event staff. You must be 18 years or older to run a panel/event at PortCon.
If you have already registered for PortConMaine you will be refunded your badge costs. As an event/panelist, you receive a free pass for all digital content plus a pass to attend the in-person convention and no other staff benefits.
Please make sure to complete this application fully. Incomplete applications will be ignored.
Please limit your submissions to no more than two (2) events
Event Submissions will be open from Sunday February 9nd – Saturday March 22nd. Those selected to run a panel will be informed via email after the submission period closes.
