Nor’Geekster, our epic holiday craft fair, is scheduled for Saturday December 9th from 10-4pm! It’s a free event to shop and a once a year amazing experience! Tons of local artists bring amazing things for epic holiday gifts.
Interested in vending? Here’s the rundown for vending:
Nor’Geekster; geek goods & crafts for an epic gift giving season. Limited to handmade goods: upcycled or in some way unique items. Food allowed if properly labeled and packaged. We reserve the right to ask vendors to remove items if they are deemed inappropriate or not safe during the event. No retail stores (unless selling handmade goods) and no flea market booths.
Saturday December 9th at the Maine Mall Games Arena space. This is located between Old Navy and Round 1.
Costs: $50 per table. We provide you a 6 foot table with space behind and in front. You may remove the table and use your own grids, as long as those grids do not encroach upon another table. Most tables are facing out against a wall: vendors who have multiple tables reserved may be a line in the island in the center, or the C that ends one of the caps in the center. This means that most spaces have walls behind them. We will not promise specific set up sizes or areas, but we always work our best to make sure it works for you.
Tables will be selected upon arrival to the venue.
Electricity will be available, PLEASE bring your own power cords and extension cords as needed. There will be no Wifi- so please plan accordingly.
We have plenty of folding chairs. You may also want to bring your own table cloth, otherwise a black one will be provided. There are two bathrooms located on site as well as sink access and a water fountain.

If you are not here and set up by 9:30AM on Saturday your table will be forfeit.
All vendors are expected to be set up by 10am and not to start breaking down until 4pm.
