PortConMaine is Anti-Bootleg!

PortConMaine is a bootleg free zone. Vendors who bring bootlegs will be asked to remove their product and if necessary leave the convention. Please keep this in mind if interested in applying for a convention booth as we have a history of not inviting vendors back, asking vendors to leave during the convention, and asking that bootleg products be put away during the event as necessary. As of 2010, we have begun the process of inviting industry related guests to come into our vendors room and confirm potential issues on the floor that are dealt with weekend of. The vendor contract has all the details in regards to our bootleg policy. 

If any attendee spots a bootleg during the convention please immediately bring it to the attention of convention staff. If you see something, say something! We will have several staffers, convention guests, and industry representatives checking the room throughout the weekend.

• Crossroad Games: Games and gaming accessories- something for board game enthusiasts to magic fans! 
• Sanshee: T-shirts, pins, jewelry, posters, and more. Gaming and geek culture inspired goods- who knows what they'll have this year!
• Neko Jin Designs: Custom jewelry, keychains, bags, clothing, and more. With adorable designs and one of a kind items there is sure to be something for every fan to enjoy.
• The Tomb: Custom made fangs, duct tape creations, key chains,bleach stained t-shirts, Cyberlox, assorted jewelry and feather pendents. C.C.M. ( Cute Cthulhu Monsters) knitted gloves in various sizes and Japanese Anime gear. All work is hand made and in some cases made to order. 
• HKT Import Toys: Anime figures, collectibles, plush, tote bags, trading capsules, and more! Tons of products imported directly from Japan. Check out their website for a huge list of goodies!
• Hammergirl Anime: Used manga, keychains, wallscrolls, plush, import trading figures, Japanese card games, grab bags, and more.  
• Kyoto Anime: Officially licensed import goods including anime figures, plush, model kits, catcher toys, t-shirts, and more. 
• Play it Now Games: Game and game related clothing and accessories. Looking for that rare out of print game or your old favorite? Contact them ahead for special orders and they might be able to have it ready for you at the con!

Registration Book Ad Information:

Would you like to have your ad seen by over 2,000 attendees? To place an ad in our registration book for 2013 we must have your ad and your payment by May 1, 2013. You can send your ad (.jpg, .tif, etc) to us attached in an This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and you can pay by mail (check, MO, or cash at own risk), credit card, or paypal. We can arrange payment after you let us know you want an ad. We will only have so many ads in the registration book, so please order as soon as possible. Refunds for ads will not be made after May 1, 2013. So if you send us payment, set up ad space, then forget to send the ad when we go to print-- after May 1, 2013 we will not make the refund for your ad (all funds go towards printing the registration book).We do not offer ad placement on the inside front cover or the back at this time. All ads to be placed by our registration book staff.

We do not do full page ads.
