PortConMaine: Maine's Geek Culture Celebration!
Mall Parade & Fashion Show PDF Print E-mail

newbury

It was such a blast last year that the Mall has agreed to let us do another parade and fashion show for 2013!

We'll be lining up outside of the hotel for a 9:30AM Saturday morning march to the mall. We'll enter by Sears and parade directly to our fashion show stage where the fashion show will happen from 10AM-11AM on Saturday! Prizes will be awarded, costumes will be praised, and fun will be had: all thanks to the Maine Mall and Newbury Comics!

The biggest change from 2012 is the limit on overly violent costumes and masks. Overly violent content and masks will not be allowed in the Maine Mall due to recent changes in security protocols. As a community, we are thankful that the Mall supports us and we'll support them by adhering to their security requests. For this event please: keep costumes limited on violence and gore, and no masks!
