I live in Connecticut! I'm like, an hour away from Hartford. If I can get more money, I will probably go to ConnectiCon for at least one day. I've never actually been to it because I always spend all my money at PortCon... >.>;;

Haha. I use to live in Connecticut.
Then I moved to Maine, and thats when I started getting into anime things.
My first con was PortCon.
So I'm looking forward to ConnectiCon.
My grandparents live like 10 minutes away from Heartford. So i'm just staying at their place and driving there.
I'm going for the three days.

FYI, ConnectiCon is being held from July 31 - August 2 at the Hartford Convention Center that connects with the Marriott Hartford Hotel, which is the host. It's got most of the things PCM has. For a fee, you can even take a Mensa test and see how you size up, mentally. I'll be running board games there on Friday and Saturday. They'll have all night programming of videos. For all the info, log on to

and also

Hope to see you there.

For those interested, last I heard, they were planning cosplay versions of
The Weakest Link
and
The Dating Game
for Friday. Sounds interesting, to say the least.

The latest. The room block at the Marriott is filled, but you can get ConnectiCon rates at the Hartford Hilton, seven blocks and shuttle accessible to the Convention Center in Hartford.
