Well, I've had A LOT of success running this panel at both AAC and Anime Boston, and now I'm gonna see if I can try to bring it to Portcon to test how smart the people really are from the state of Maine

I was just wondering, are panel applications still open? I still have to pre-register for Portcon in general but I plan on doing so over the next couple of days.

Also, I talked to one of the guys that runs Portcon I believe, he was at anime boston running a Portcon table but I can't remember what his name was.

I applied the panel earlier today and also pre-registered for Portcon too. Any idea when I'll be hearing whether or not the panel will be accepted for the convention?

I REALLY do hope that it gets accepted for Portcon, cause I know it'll be a panel that everyone can enjoy

I was also just wondering if you guys possibly know who the guy was that I ran into at anime boston that ran the Japanime Squares game show, who was also at the Portcon booth outside the dealer's room at the con.

Also, is there any chance I could try to get this panel into the main events at the convention? There's been talks that I may be able to get this panel as a main event at future cons like AAC but nothing's certain yet but I was curious if I would need to re-submit the panel application if perhaps I did want to see if it could be a main event.

Probably not.  Last I heard, all the space in there was already booked or reserved for events.

YAY my panel got accepted for Friday night!!

Only issue I have is that I only have an hour to work with, which is going to kinda cramp the amount of time I have to get the contestants and set everything up.

Is there any way that I could see if I could get this panel extended for 15 minutes longer so I don't really have to worry about the set up and everything tech related?
