Hello, I worked on the indie game Terraria. The game went on to make up-wards of 4 million dollars. I was the projects Production Manager and Public Relations representative for the time around the games release. While I'm not actively looking for work (but not against finding some either.) I am willing to give you some pointers on do's and dont's that I learned in the game design and release processes.
