Once we get most of the people, do you guys want to do skype calls or something just to practice being in character?

Also yeah so I'm my shirt for Dave right? And I'm using those iron-on sheets. However I don't have access to the type of printer needed to print out what I need, so my pictures are gonna be a bit delayed until I can get my shirt done. Bluh

I think Skype calls would be a good idea, but they might have to wait.
My personal computer is broken currently and is getting fixed.
I will most likely have it by end of April/start of May.

I was thinking that perhaps we should get all the people in the panel to meet at Friday's 12 o'clock meet.
I'll have a clipboard and a checklist with everybody's name on it.
That will also give us the chance to have last minute replacements in case somebody doesn't show up.

Yes, good. I like that idea. I think we should assemble somewhere 10-15 minutes before the panel even begins so we can get it started as soon as possible.

Just don't be surprised if I don't show up as Jade to the meetup! I'm doing a costume change an hour before the panel so I'll be rocking the Vocaloids for a majority of Friday.

Same. I may end up at the meetup as Roxas. Maybe not. I haven't really scheduled out when I'm wearing my costumes and stuff yet well.
I like the idea of Skype calls, but I believe by the time we have them I won't be in college and therefore will be back home and have the world's most unreliable internet and I'd literally be pulling a Rose and disconnecting every two seconds. XD

But yes, this is a very good idea, and I'm glad you brought that up.
Perhaps we could meet at the sitting space next to the elevator where the registration is?
I'm choosing there because its comfy. o u o

Then perhaps we should do our attendance general thing during the 15 minutes before the panel?
Might be a bit easier anyways. Then people don't have to go out of their way for the meetup.

I think the Skype thing is more of a what-if, but still useful.
If anyone CAN do it, then we will for the people that can.

I remember last year on Friday I was at a Kingdom Hearts meetup, and the little sitting place was pretty busy. But I guess we can figure out where to meetup as Portcon draws closer!
