Cosplay question for people who know me

Ok I'm having issues picking a cosplay. I was gonna do Big Al from Vocaloids but one I don't have the money for the cosplay right noe and I'm kinda lazy so that hair looks a pain to do. I have narrowed down my choices to these two.
One version of The Master from Doctor Who (Would just need to dye my hair dirty blonde)

Hmm... I think Bruno matches your face more, but you might have more fun as the Master since there are so many Doctors floating around. He's more recognizable too.
