Calling Kuroshitsuji Cosplayers

So here's what we've got so far:
Date- Saturday
Time- ??? (I'm thinking midday. Perhaps starting at 11 or 12? Maybe 1?)
Location- Outside
Festivities will include tea and snacks, as well as a photoshoot and general revelry.
Rules:
1) Be considerate of others, in our outside the meetup.
2) Do not congest any areas!
3) Do not disrupt other meetups that may be taking place.
4) No glomping, please.
5) Not everyone likes to have their photo taken; ask before you snap.

aaaaand, that's all I can think of.

Remember also that the cosplay contest happens this day. morning til 1 I believe is the craftsmanship judging and either 2 or 3 is lineup.

Gahh, if the cosplay contest is during it then I won't be able to go, I love watching it. 
Maybe around 1 - 1:30? Or.. later. And, where outside would it be? Should I just look for a group of Kuro cosplayers?

Well, we could take advantage of that little 1 hour block where nothing is going on. We could start at 1 and go until whenever. I usually don't get a seat at the cosplay contest (weeps) and end up taking advantage of a few of the low traffic panels going on.

Or we could meet up in the evening? At 5-ish, perhaps, after all the commotion. That would be a nice quiet time to meet up, I think. :3

Maybe having it around 5 would be a good idea? The schedule says that 1-2 is Cosplay competition setup and 2-4 is the competition and judging. If the picnic is at the same time, we might lost a lot of people to the cosplay competition. Just a thought.

Yeah... The more I think about a later meetup, the more I like it. Besides everyone will be parched and hungry for some tea and biscuits after the long cosplay contest! ;D

I'm always really hungry/Thirsty after the contests. so it'd sound nice to meet up at a later time. :3

Sounds like a plan I should be able to get out of my Medusa and into either Ciel or Grell in time...course if I am late it's just because I am aiming to be fashionably late

Okay! Portcon is coming up so fast it seems I am SO excited! Also about timing why not do both times? It would be major fun for the people who can go to both and convenient for people who can go to one and not the other. Also since the second on is around five, if it continues on long enough and we got hungry we could head over to the mall and get dinner?

Also I have a little request of my own for anyone interested. I have a youtube channel that has a few things on it but I've been trying to get people together to make cosplay videos. If anyone is interested would they like to do an improve skit?

Gah! This is just all so exciting!!! PortCon is so close, I can almost taste it!
My Madam Red costume, and my lovely's Grell costume are both coming along wonderfully!  I'm not sure if my Ciel  is going to have his Sebastian though. Maybe I can just borrow one... I guess we'll have to see~
Well, anyways, my reason for posting on here is this; I love the idea of a meet up, and, if ever we were to get an event in the tent, I have an idea of something we could do. Murder Mystery Party.
I saw a Black Butler one on etsy a while back that you could just buy the entire thing written out for you (The Murder Victim being Queen Victoria herself), and seeing all this meet up chat got me thinking. It would be awesome to do a large scale version! It could be a bit hard, seeing as we'd have to write it out, and work out all the details, but it could very fun! It could be a mix of the tea party idea, where we have drinks and snacks, and then turn into the mystery part~
This is just a suggestion, of course, and I know whatever gets put into motion, will be a BLAST~

I think the idea of two meetups is great, but the earlier one should be more casual, so we don't have to whip out all the tea stuff twice in one day.

Also, my Sebastian and I (and another friend, who may or may not be cosplaying from Kuro this year) already have a cosplay group and we'll be doing our own filming, but I'm sure we'll be around in case you need a little extra help.
