Calling Kuroshitsuji Cosplayers

The only other thing I can think of is if someone had an electric kettle or hot water dispenser that they'd be willing to bring. Then we could find an outlet and utilize it. bluhbluhbluh.

And about my cosplay, My friend (Who was going to be Grell) is going to be doing Sebby now, so I can do Ciel~ I'm just deciding on an outfit to do for him.

Okay. So since Portcon is starting to roll around the corner I was thinking; should we get a panel? I know lolita picnic did, and I wondering should we reserve a spot in the tent? We'd have a place safe from rain if it rains and it would draw more cosplayers in who don't check the forum.

I've thought about doing this too! Except it would need to be organized in an orderly fashion, and it would definitely have to be more than just a meet-up. We'd have to think of events, something that would make people want to come hang out with us. And just having it be a picnic or teaparty is too similar to Lolita Picnic, I think.

So, really, in order for the panel thing to work we'd have to do something more like a Q&A, video viewing, you know, something with a clear cut agenda and a clear cut leader, that type of thing. I was thinking about running a charm school-type panel teaching proper young master and butler etiquette, but I was kind of on the fence about how many people would show up to something like that.

Hmm, It could be like; Group games/Photo shoot/Tea party if we did get the tent.. Or something along the lines of that.

I think I will be bringing a variation of Grell depending upon what I find at the fabric store tomorrow I already have her basic outfit but I like his Chesire Cat outfit as well.

I don't think anyone has applied to do a Kuroshitsuji one, but I'm thinking we don't really need to, we could just do it outside on the grass.

Well, if we don't do a panel we could always just do the tea party and a photoshoot. ((Has a new camera, dying to use it.))
We could also think of some random games to play too, like since Ciel likes board games we could all bring in one or two.

So here's what we've got so far:
Date- Saturday
Time- ??? (I'm thinking midday. Perhaps starting at 11 or 12? Maybe 1?)
Location- Outside
Festivities will include tea and snacks, as well as a photoshoot and general revelry.
Rules:
1) Be considerate of others, in our outside the meetup.
2) Do not congest any areas!
3) Do not disrupt other meetups that may be taking place.
4) No glomping, please.
5) Not everyone likes to have their photo taken; ask before you snap.
