AMV Contest Rules?

I know the rules are usually up on the site, and I understand why they aren't up right now, but something I was wondering is do you allow Live Drama footage in videos being entered for the contest, as long as it's not the primary footage? Lke, if an Anime had a Live Drama, could some scenes of the sed drama be in the AMV, as long as the anime was the primary footage overall?

(this is not an official answer!)

The past 3 years I remember the rules normally said something along the lines of "your AMV must be 75% set to anime."  So, I would imagine that live action stuff is ok as long as it is not the primary footage.

Does that mean it would be more of a FMV (Fan Music Video) contest than an AMV contest?

no still amv...but the live action category will have some strict rules
