I've used the app at previous conventions (when it used to be called "Conventionist") and it didn't support guest lists back then.  Now that guests are listed, you can add them all to your To Do list and use it like an autograph checklist!  Fortunately, a good chunk of the guests can be found in Artists' Alley, so that makes it really easy.
