In 2008, while dressed as a character wielding a large, three-pronged scythe, I see a small girl (3-4 years old) come up and stare at my weapon before grabbing my leg and giving me a hug.

In 2010, my little sister learns to boff, at age six. She does this by hiding behind a shield the same size as herself and peeking out to jab at people with the longest boffer she can lift.

In 2009 i saw a 6yo inuasha boffing against a 6yo naruto.

My favorite memory is actually from 2007 when my son fell and cut his head. Everyone the rest of the weekend asked me how he was doing. I felt so much at home, and that everyone really cared about each other. PortConMaine isn't just a gathering of strangers, it's a reunion for family we didn't know we had.

In 2009 being on staff for the first time, and in 2010 having Neph spin his octopus thing on his finger in my face during Extreme Geek. He was trying to get me to laugh so I would lose the contest. I was biting my lip like no tomorrow to not LOSE IT.

2008- My first con.
I was at PortCon when I decided to visit the game room. There I met a bunch of people who taught me how to play Apples to Apples. :] And of course it was awesome xD.

meating my man and now thanks to port con we are getting married Nov 11th 2011 at 7 pm at home after being togather for over 4 years. we have yet to miss a portcon yet weather ticket or just visiting and now even my 2 amazing daughers et in on the action :ThumbUp:its like a second halloween for them can't wait to see all of you in june!!!
