Remember the Boy Scout motto-"Be Prepared"

Scar from lion king took that advice!

Also I always bring a sharpie, duct tape, and gum wherever I go. You never know when they'll come in handy.

This, also keep an open mind.

So I kind of want this as a poster...in my room.

Oh, also always have a cell phone on you at all times, put it on the highest level possible if you are going to be in a noisy place, but put it on vibrate when you are in a panel. I had my cell phone go off during one of the guest panels a couple years ago, it was so embarrassing. And you should always tell a friend or someone where you are planning on going if you are going by yourself. I don't know how many times I was in a group that wanted to go do something but couldn't because a couple of us had wandered off and we didn't want to leave them behind.

Never leave the convention with someone you just met especially at night...we dont want ANYTHING happening to you.
Something horrible could happen it doesnt always end in marriage which is horrible enough ;) (seriously love Wallace but looking back I was so stupid for going off with him after meeting him an hour before)

WHY!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
its a hitchers guise to the galaxy reference.  but also a good motto for life or con. if you think you lost your badge or some thing step back take a breath.  its much easier to communicate your problem with out 'OMG panic faint"

I love whoever drew that.

As long as it is in big friendly letters "Don't Panic". I initially thought you were referring to "Knowing where one's towel is."
