I just watched the .Hack//G.U. Trilogy,ive seen most of the .Hack stuff,Im i big fan of.Hack since .Hack//Sign.I think they are a really intersting series.The G.U. Trilogy was kind of neat the way the movie made it look like you were watching the game.The movie all in all was ok,it was kind of confusing though.It seemed like it went fast with the story line and took more time on making fight scenes then the story.Thats only my thought

With all of .Hack i think here is my order of favorites of what ive seen

1) .Hack//Sign
2) .Hack//Legend of The Twilight
3) .Hack//Roots
4) .Hack//G.U.

What do you think? Of .Hack//anything really,do you like the games?Which animes do you like,movies...theres alot of .Hack to choose and try hehe.

I loved the pre-R:2 .hack//, but yeah... when they turned Sora into Sasuke Haseo, I was kinda done.

LOOOOVED SIGN (can we say "WOW before WOW existed" anyone? Maybe this is why I never got into WOW. Maybe I'm too afraid of going into a coma while playing the game and being stuck there... LOL.)

Played all of the post-SIGN PS2 games (Infection, Outbreak, etc.) Very repetitive gameplay, and I only enjoyed them because I liked .hack//SIGN and "The World" that was created in it. The accompanying anime (.hack//LIMINALITY) was really good though. I need to get a legit copy of that. Mine is a crappy bootleg.

Didn't much care for Twilight, although I own it and the accompanying manga.

.hack//AI BUSTER was fantastic.

Never watched GU or Roots, but I want to. May need to borrow from someone or try and find it on Hulu or something. This past weekend at CTcon, I saw some new .hack manga was out. I almost bought it out of morbid curiosity.

I need to resurrect my .hack cosplay one of these days. I sill have a Lady Subaru costume from 2003 in my closet. It is in fantastic shape, but I need to fix my axe. It broke when I moved...

Online that was before WoW was Ultima Online, thats kinda why i got into .Hack it was like watching my game.They arent the same chars or anything just all the situations and character personalities (pker,looter,warrior... stuff like that)

My favorite is Legend of Twilight, but that could be because it's the only one I've seen, and the library I borrowed it from only had the last volume. I do own the manga, though.
I like the girl Black Rose (?) and Balmung (because his voice was down by Crispin Freman.)

I just saw luminality and it was ok but to me it moved really fast toward the end.I liked the fact it put something to the story on the rl people.It gave the players a real face and you see their rl personalities as opposed to their in game ones.
That show could certainly freak you out some when it comes to mmo gaming .Though, if .Hack came out with a mmo id definately get it and play,not alot of worry about going into a coma ;completely.Heck I wont write in my Death Note...just in case ;)

Yes! I need to fix up mine too! If it wasn't for .hack, we may never have met, I wouldn't have told you about Anime Boston, and think how different things would have turned out!

i love .hack//legend of the twilight! :D i always thought shugo was the cutest lil thing ever.

i had to get rid of all my mangas and most of my animes :p so i haven't seen or read this in sooo long. maybe i can find it on the internets. :D

I love .Hack, it was actually one of the first anime's I ever saw (Other than Inuyasha, DBZ and Sailor Moon. >>)
I'm hoping to get the season's on DVD for Christmas so I can watch the one's I missed when it was on. As far as the games, I haven't played any yet but I really want to.
