A friend of mine hopes to drag me along this year. I myself have never been to a convention (yep, I'm a total newbie), so if plans change and I can't go, I'm going to be very sad. 

~Anyway. Potential depression aside, I'm hoping to go this year as Reaver, from the Fable series. Judging by the pictures I've seen online (or lack thereof, as the case is) I can see that Fable isn't exactly popular among cosplayers.  Disappointment there.

Ha ha, yeah. : p I've got pretty long hair, and there's no way it would be able to fit under any wig. If I'm lucky, though, I'll just get to stuff it all under my top hat and call it good.

That's awesome! I was hoping to hear about some other Fable cosplayers. My friend might be going as Fable 2 Reaver, though. Just a heads-up. : p

My hair is 4 feet long and I'm able to get it to fit under a wig plenty of times. ^_^ If you need any tips let me know. You just need to know how to pile it right.

I always say that I'll make a ton of costumes and then I never do.   
So, far it looks like I'll be Yuki Sohma, Ponyo, and some variant of Miku Hatsune, most likely a Matryoshka version. So I'm really excited. :D

Sadly, due to school this year, my ONLY confirmed cosplay this year is Tobi from Naruto. Le sigh.
However,  Canada, Ayame and Flandre are still possibilities!
