I'm going to go as Hinata if I can make the costume and maybe get some colored contacts. and do people usually cosplay for the entire con? I'm going to be in the Artist Alley and I didn't know if I should still wear my costume or if I should change while I'm in AA...

I'm hoping to actually do something for 2011. I wanted to do so many cosplays last year, but a new job had nearly made it so I wouldn't make it to Portcon.
Any suggestions for cosplays that are cheap and don't take a whole lot of effort? Besides Misty from Pokemon.

Unless I find something else before next year, I'm relatively sure that I'll be doing Neji  from Naruto and Zuko from Avatar Last Airbender. My girlfriend is doing Kiba and Jet. So, I do have a question, does anyone have any ideas for making a pair of Hook swords for Jet? Because I'm gonna have to make those and I have a few different ideas on how to go about it, but I'm really not sure. I've never really made that sort of prop before, I'm used to working with cardboard and stuff like that. So if anyone has any ideas I would be super happy to hear them! Haha, thanks guys! Can't wait to see you next year!

I hope you get better grad robes than my school had, then. Ours were see-though plasticy yellow that barely went to our elbows and knees. If yours are like that, you might want to make your own instead. They're not too hard to make, anyway.

Ours are the typical ones. Girls get white, boys get blue. And as I recall from last year, they properly fit you haha
We get measured from head to toe in December for gowns.

My friends and I are doing a final fantasy group (mostly from 7)
We already have a Cloud, sephiroth, tifa, yuffie, cid, lulu, Chocobo (see chocobo rules), red 13, cait sith, genesis, Zack, Barret, Vincent, Angeal, and we might have an elena.

For Navi my sister and her friends are trying to do a Zelda group, I know we have a link and a zelda, but im not quite sure of who else is doing what (im at school so i dont have the list with me    ) but if u check the Zelda post my sisters friend posted it)

And even though he's not from any Zelda game we'll be hanging out with Finn from Adventure Time. It's not a very big group but it's the first time we could all agree on anything so we're calling it that. Even though two of us might not show and even if they do it will only be for one day. Still, it's awesome!  

And yes, we don't have a Sheik. We did but they wanted to be Zant instead so that position as well as others are open to anyone who's interested. And by interested I mean that we're trying to set up a meeting with Tetra for "photo ops and tom foolery!"
