Semi-Serious Cosplaying Panel Feedback!
« on: June 27, 2010, 08:54:11 PM »
Hey all! Zimm here.

First of all: THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! Thank you if you showed up and stayed through the whole panel! Thank you if you stayed for part or if you came in late!  Thanks if you just popped your head in! We so appreciate your support and enthusiasm! 8D

Now then, on to the nitty gritty!  What did YOU guys like about US? What did you HATE about us?  What would you like us to talk more in-depth about?  Did you just dislike us entirely and think we should not do a panel?  Think we should come back every year ever?  Let us know!  :D  Please leave your comments, concerns, questions, suggestions and critiques here!

I think this panel was great. Even though I had heard most of the info before you presented it in an interesting and entertaining way. I feel a lot of people got a lot out of it. I like how you broke things down in to the how to start, were to get supplies and picking your supplies, and then into finishing. My one comment about this is it might be good to keep each aspect together. Like do a section on props and then just go over most everything about props then, then all of wigs, then all the sewing aspects.

I loved how you talked about picking fabrics! I don't think that gets brought up enough in panels. Its goo for people starting out-- it saves a lot of time and frustration if you pick the right fabric.... sometimes~

I would probably stop in again, just because you make it so entertaining and relatable.
Cardboard Bandits do it with style... and cardboard!
