It happened last year too Anidex. A few people cut out because of a lady gaga track. Personally, it seems a little silly to disregard a 3 hour event over just one song, but you can't please all the people all the time.  I strive to make the event the most fun for the most people most of the time, and -to that end- there'll be about 3 minutes and 23 seconds of GaGa stuck somewhere in the mix.

If hes playing any stuff from video games, how about the Balrog and Dudley Themes from Super Street Fighter IV?  I remember last year he did the Mega Man 2 theme, maybe this time he could do Okkusenman? (Wily 1st Stage with lyrics).
