It's Thursday afternoon on the 24th to Sunday the 27th. But, you can only go on Thursday if you preregister. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are open to everyone.

If you're talking about the pre-reg page, it has three days because that's all you have to pay for. Thursday is free to anyone who pre-registers.  So, if you buy the 3-day badge, you can go all three regular days plus Thursday. Or a 2-day badge, and go Thursday and two more days.
