What are your thoughts on the new zombies? I absolutley love the new game.  They kept the old aspects while still being able to step it up a notch.  Roaming witches, playing as the zombies, melee weapons!!!!...I suceeded in trying to shoot a zombie at a distance, with a sword >.> i got some amused looks at my fail.

I tried the demo for that and I was thoroughly pleased with it. I had never layed the first  game so the plot was a little new to me but the gameplay was just excellent. I am considering getting the full game some time soon since I've played out everything on my RE5 game with my brother.

I don't own the game but I played a lot of it, and I enjoy it to a certain degree. The hordes are much bigger, and I like the concept of the jockeys. However, the chargers and spitters dont add much to the game in my opinion. And I always felt that the L4D engine felt kinda... unfinished or something. I dunno, real good game tho. And wtf is with the sword thing?

yeah the spitters don't add to much, Idk if you play on x-box live or whatever but it is a little harder with the spitters when thee stupid computers are down and you get spit on.  I actually really like the melee weapons..but the sword is like out of place and weird >.> lolol It is a good game.

apparently neither of you have played enough versus if you think the spitters or chargers dont add enough to the game

and you were able to play as the special infected in the first game as well
versus mode was available in left 4 dead one

all in all this game was an awesome addition and i haven't been able to stop playing it, for the pc on steam, my steam name at the moment is Shanty town Jebidiah
