Technology pros and cons

The shoe post made me want to post this hehe.

We all love technology...most of the time.I mean heck its so easy to flash through so much when it used to take hours to do something it now takes just minutes.But all wonderful things come with a completely awful thing with it. Technology is the prime example.

In the thread list one pro and one con about technology,about the progression people have made in general.Im sure there is a whole lot out there both pros and cons for the tech society.

Pro: Speed of finding information

Con: having to continually buy the new great item,within sometimes the matter of months O.o

Pro: Easier to get notoriety.

Con: Also easier to get caught doing something bad/stupid and the whole world seeing it.

Pro: It shows how technologically advanced we can become with our inventions.

Con: Those same inventions show us how ignorantly lazy we can become.

Pro: Computers are the new artistic medium.

Con: Digital art and photo manipulation cheapen the work of traditional artists.

Pro: World-wide information exchange.

Pro: Lets me keep in touch with folks all over the world.
Con: Texting, E-mail, and things like that are eating away at our communication skills. Seems the more easy we can say something the more we say of nothing.
